WLMTV roving reporters Kati and Levi caught up with Wyoming's 32nd governor Matt Mead, Secretary of State Max Maxfield and Superntendent of Public Instruction Cindy Hill. There was plenty of deafening activity at the state Capitol Building on January 3rd.
