Thanks to the Lander Art Center<\/a> for sharing this neat event with us! What a fun, community-fueled idea!<\/em><\/p>\n

The Lander Art Cente<\/a>r and the Lander Pet Connection<\/a> are holding a joint fundraiser in the form of an exhibition from January 27 through February 25, 2012.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The show opens Friday, January 27, 2011 from 6-8 pm. <\/strong>\u00a0The opening is free and open to the public; appetizers and drinks are served.<\/p>\n

The exhibition is of artwork inspired by pets and pet ownership created and donated by members of our community.\u00a0\u00a0All artwork will be priced between $50 and $250 and proceeds will be split 50\/50 between the Lander Art Cente<\/a>r and the Lander Pet Connectio<\/a>n.<\/p>\n

Although the details of our missions are different, the Lander Art Center<\/a> and the Lander Pet Connection<\/a> are both working hard to make Lander an even better place to live.\u00a0\u00a0Expressing one\u2019s self through the creation of art soothes one\u2019s soul similar to spending time with your pet.<\/p>\n
