They exemplify the idea that any great Main Street is an ever-evolving work in progress and offer inspiration for other Main Street programs.\u00a0 It is the first time the award has been given. \u00a0Middlesborough, Kentucky also received the One to Watch Award.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRawlins DDA\/Main Street is thrilled to win the One to Watch Award.
