\u00a0His first high country experience was during a high school graduation fishing trip with his brother.\u00a0 Ollie\u2019s will to take a horse on this trip out weighed his knowledge on how to do so.<\/p>\n<p>Ollie participated in Al Richardson\u2019s noted Packing and Outfitting course during graduate school.\u00a0 He became inspired to teach others how to enjoy riding, packing, cooking and learning survival skills for high country adventures.\u00a0 This is when he became interested\u00a0in sharing this experience and information with others to help them learn. \u00a0Packing schools and demonstrations are very much hands-on, with a custom arrangement with tack and saddle shops and with universities and colleges.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wyolifestyle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/High-COuntry-Horse-2-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"210\" class=\"alignleft size-full horses&#8211;\u201dKid\u2019s Arena Horse Play Game.\u201d\u00a0 This game was created to provide a fun learning experience for kids and their horses.\u00a0 Kids complete the arena course by successfully answering horsemanship questions and performing riding skills required to move on to each station.\u00a0 The questions address both Western and English riding and cover a wide range of
