GILLETTE: \u00a0Donkey Creek \u00a0Music Festival June 28-30: \u00a0<\/strong>Gillette, known as \u201cDonkey Town\u201d once \u2014 and thankfully renamed by Edward Gillette, railroad engineer, has held this annual event since 2006. Lovingly named after the area\u2019s Donkey Creek and held at Gillette College, the festival continues to bring great groups and sound. JACKSON: \u00a0<\/strong>Summer Crawfish Boil June 23: \u00a0T<\/strong>he 8th Annual Jackson Hole Crawfish Boil is set for Sunday June 23,2013. It is a family friendly community event that will be taking place at Snow King Ball Park this year.\u00a0<\/span>We are ordering 1500 pounds of live crawfish from South Louisiana and having 40-50 gallons of red beans-n-rice prepared by Sweetwater Restaurant.\u00a0<\/span>Doors open at noon with 7 bands to follow. All the bands that are playing are from the Jackson Hole area.\u00a0<\/span>Tickets are $20 and will include all-you-can-eat crafish, red bean-n-rice, and live music for the day. They will be available at the Town Square Tavern and online at <\/span>307live.com<\/a>!<\/p>\n

SWEETWATER COUNTY: \u00a0Flaming Gorge Days June 27-29<\/strong><\/p>\n

Began in 1977, Flaming Gorge Days was started as a way to raise money for a Fourth of July fireworks display for the city of Green River. Since then, it’s become a festival of music and fun for the whole area! Check our their website<\/a> for more info on their 2013 lineup!<\/p>\n

ROCK SPRINGS: \u00a0International Day July 14: \u00a0<\/strong>Travel hounds seeking a cultural experience need look no further than Rock Springs, Wyo.’s, International Day, July 14 in Bunning Park.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rock Springs, nicknamed the “Home of 56 Nationalities,” hosts the free event, which celebrates the rich and diverse cultural heritage in\u00a0Sweetwater County<\/a>. It is the only ethnic festival of its kind in Wyoming, so visitors won’t want to miss it! This year’s 14th\u00a0annual festival features a wide range of local, regional, and international entertainment, activities for kids, exotic foods and unique vendor items.<\/p>\n
